Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied and need to be paid for before we schedule your next appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment or shorten your appointment depending on your service.

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue. During your redo appointment, we will specifically target the are of your concern in order to provide what was originally agree upon during the consultation. If what you want to address is something different than what was originally agreed upon during our consultation, it is considered a second service and not a redo since the original requested service was rendered.
